Jagan’s Flawed Approach Helping Chandrababu

YS Jagan Mohan Reddy’s ‘Jai Andhra Pradesh’ Meeting in Vishakapatnam concluded the other day. While the crowd turnout is good, lack of proper preparation still haunts the Opposition Leader. In the more than an hour-long speech, Jagan barely mentioned about the Prime Minister Narendra Modi and it only gave a feeling he is trying to be in the good books of the Prime Minister not to face any problems from CBI or ED.

Jagan raised a few valid points about Special Status and how it suddenly vanished off the air but the speech looked more as Political Attack than as the concern over the state. Also, Political Experts say there is a big flaw in his total approach towards the state politics which is very grave.

“Jagan flew to Vishakapatnam for ‘Jai Andhra Pradesh’ meeting from Hyderabad and later after the meeting, he flew back to Hyderabad. Can we not find any irony here?,” a Political expert asked a straight forward question. “He even got the statistics of Andhra Pradesh Population and Total families residing here and that speaks about the disconnect,” he added.

In his speech, Jagan repeatedly appealed to the people to dump Chandrababu Naidu in the Bay of Bengal. Such comments are to be made by a street politician and not an Opposition Leader who should be a Statesman. All these attempts of Jagan are giving a feel of Power Mongering even though there is some reality in few points he mentioned.
