JanaSena is gearing up for its first real election campaign in Telangana as the party is contesting from 8 MLA constituencies in the coming polls.
Coming to the point, there is an interesting development regarding JanaSena troops in Telangana and this involves their own MLA candidate.
Going into the story, JanaSena leaders and cadre in Kodad protested in front of union minister Rajiv Chandrasekhar. They protested against JanaSena’s own MLA candidate, Satish Reddy.
The complaint from the JanaSena troops is that the core cadre of the party has been sidelined while an outsider like Satish Reddy is encouraged and given the MLA ticket. They asked the BJP bigwig to convince their ally, JSP high command to remove Satish Reddy from the contest and field some other candidate.
The interesting thing is that JSP troops complained against their own candidate in front a BJP minister. The minister appeared to be listening to these pleas and he seemingly assured to sort things out in the due course.
As a result, JanaSena’s case in the Kodad constituency has become a point of discussion with the cadre protesting against their own party candidate
