NTR Not To Campaign for Sister Suhasini

Late Nandamuri Harikrishna’s daughter, Suhasini has filed nomination as Kukatpally TDP Candidate a little while ago. Nandamuri Balakrishna has accompanied her. All eyes are on Junior NTR to see if he will canvass for his sister in the election. But then, NTR and Kalyan Ram have indirectly indicated that it is not going to happen.

Both of them took to Twitter earlier today and wished their sister all the best on this occasion. They went on to say that the party founded by their Grand Father, NT Ramarao is very solemn to them and they believe that women should play a greater role in molding the society. They wished success to their sister in her endeavor to serve the people.

In a Press Statement they gave, never they asked anyone to vote TDP indicating that they do not want to associate with the party given what happened in the past. This also indicates that Junior NTR’s support to Sister will be confined only to this Press Statement and he may not actually come down to campaign for her.

Things fell apart between NTR and TDP after the former aggressively campaigned for the party in 2009 elections for the reasons best known to them. Balayya and Chandrababu Naidu, however, reached out to them after the sudden demise of Harikrishna. They led everything from the front in the final journey of Harikrishna. Balayya, later on, attended the success meet of NTR’s Aravindha Sametha.
