The decision on that was taken by KCR, said Eatala. KCR was the boss. He led the Cabinet, said Eatala.

In his conversation, Eatala appeared to implicate that KCR and the irrigation minister of the time must be held responsible for any and all irregularities. He added that the initial cost of Kaleshwaram was Rs 63 crore, then it rose to Rs 83 crore. I don’t know the final cost of the project, said the BJP leader.

The finance ministry had nothing to do with the cost and expenditure of the project, said Eatala.

Revanth Reddy government must share all reports regarding Kaleshwaram, demanded Eatala.

It is known that Eatala had an acrimonious exit from BRS and later joined the BJP.
