Kavitha’s Post Adds Salt To Injury: Jubilee Hills

Kavitha, president of Telangana Jagruthi, earlier said the Jubilee Hills result would not matter to her. Yet once the counting ended, she posted on X saying karma hits back, a short remark that instantly set political circles buzzing.

Her post clearly referred to the BRS loss in Jubilee Hills. With KCR facing health issues and KTR still unable to emerge as a strong leader in his own right, the defeat has dealt another heavy blow to the party at a sensitive time.

KTR said they were disappointed and would act as a responsible opposition, a statement many saw as weak. Kavitha herself was pushed out of the party despite her open letters and public criticism. She later said that ill treatment of a daughter is never right.

Her latest comment shows she believes the loss is a form of divine justice. It has added more discomfort for a party that placed high hopes on winning Jubilee Hills. After securing 39 assembly seats in 2023, BRS has lost every election since, including Lok Sabha, cantonment and now Jubilee Hills.
