Off late, the politics in the state of Telangana revolving around Telangana Thalli statue. While is ruling Congress party has placed the statue at secretariat and organized a grand event at the place last night, the opposition BRS has been rejecting the statue and it’s model from the beginning on wards.
Meanwhile, this morning MLC Kavita opposing the placement of the Telangana Thalli statue at secretariat took a wide protest at the BRS Bhavan.

Reportedly, she washed the Telangana Thalli statue at the BRS Bhavan with milk and showed her displeasure towards the Congress Government decision of changing the model of ‘Telangana Thalli’.
She said that the statue is the same since Telangana agitation times and questioned the government for the change of model all of suddenly.

She said that her party is not going to own the new Telangana Thalli model which is placed at the state secretariat and will be surely change the model soon after they are voted to power in the coming days.
She also expressed her protest against the CM Revanth Reddy and his cabinet ministers for choosing the new model for Telangana Thalli.

Along with Kavita, other prominent party leaders and the party workers participated in the protest program.
