The election fever has well and truly caught up in Telangana with the leading parties bracing up for the same. Incidentally, Karnataka Congress chief DK Shiva Kumar has campaigned in Telangana for local leadership.
Shortly after Shiva Kumar’s campaign, BRS and KTR came up with a narrative that the Karnataka Congress is trying to loot the companies from Hyderabad and shift them to Bengaluru.
“Big conspiracy by Karnataka Deputy CM DK Shivakumar to move national and international companies from Hyderabad to Karnataka. DK Shivakumar wrote a letter to the CEO of the company to move the Foxconn company that manufactures Apple Air Pods from Hyderabad to Bangalore.” KTR alleged.
KTR pointed out that the Karnataka Congress government is trying to shift companies from Hyderabad to Bengaluru and DK Shiva Kumar is at the helm of the same. A letter with DK’s letterhead was also released to publicize the same.
Now, in response, Congress has come with a fierce response. “Pappu KTR Get ready to face a legal battle. Your fake news factory will be dismantled.” They tweeted.
“The letter circulating on social media, saying that I have written a letter to Foxconn groups to relocate the Apple AirPod manufacturing plant from Hyderabad to Bangalore is fake. An FIR has been lodged at the Cybercrime Police Station in this regard.” DK Shivakumar tweeted a short while ago.
All in all, an elaborate war pertaining to shifting of companies from Hyderabad to Telangana has kicked off in the pretext of Telangana elections which are to be held on 30 November.
