KCR Extremely Displeased with the Center?

Ahead of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s Telangana Visit in a few days, Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhara Rao made some serious comments alleging that NDA government is acting against the spirit of cooperative federalism and is not caring for the needs of the states.

This is regarding the center not notifying the new districts in Telangana even though they are carved more than a year ago. “The Center has to ratify that or have to inform the apprehensions it has. This kind of mindless delay is not acceptable,” KCR said.

KCR is also not happy with the Central Government sitting on the promise of increasing Assembly Seats in the state, according to the Andhra Pradesh Reorganization Act. Hyderabad High Court the other day instructed the state government to give all job notifications according to old districts only and that is the reason for KCR’s anger.
