For the last few days, lot is written and talked in the media about the Prime Minister Narendra Modi not given an appointment to Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao to meet and elicit his views about the problems that sprouted after the state bifurcation. But finally the Prime Minister’s office has cleared an appointment for KCR.
KCR on Sunday will be attending the meeting of chief ministers called by the prime minister to elicit their views on the new body to be replacing the existing Planning Commission. sources in Telangana government said that KCR was given a time slot of 10 minutes between 3pm and 4pm on Sunday.
KCR is expected to take the issues like Power Crisis, division of the high court, special package for Telangana and division of employees with the Prime Minister. Sources also tells us that KCR will not be taking up the name issue of Shamshabad airport with Modi but may register the government’s protest with the other Union ministers including Arun Jaitley, Rajnath Singh, and Piyush Goel.
