Telangana is going to polls in a few months from now and the stage is being prepared for the same with BRS, Congress and BJP devising electioneering plans/
In a new development, it is understood that BRS chief KCR is set to announce his first list of MLA candidates on the 21st of this month.
Apparently, KCR will be announcing as many as 87 MLA candidates for the coming election and the majority of this list will comprise of sitting MLAs. It is heard that only 10 odd MLAs will be new contestants.
3/4th of the total MLA candidates for the coming election have been finalized already and the same will be announced by KCR on the mentioned date.
Amidst rumors that KCR himself could be moving to the KamaReddy constituency, this list has packed impetus. There are affirmative reports that he will stick to Gajwel. The confusion could end on 21 August when KCR announces his party’s list of MLA candidates.
On a related note, there are also reports that Congress could also be announcing its first list of MLA candidates by the end of this month.
