Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao seem to be being over cautious or not trusting his ministers as much as they would like. The other day, the Chief Minister had decided to oversee all the irrigation projects himself so that they complete as per the schedule. KCR’s son-in-law, Harish Rao currently holds the portfolio and this decision will definitely unsettle him.

And now, KCR is personally carrying out the review meetings of the upcoming budget in the state. Usually Finance Minister undertakes such meetings and finally forward the draft budget to the Chief Minister. Interestingly, Telangana Finance Minister Eetela Rajendra totally disassociated himself from Budget work and is touring Karimnagar.
Sources say he is only confined to signing the necessary files forwarded by the Chief Minister. Political experts say it may good that KCR wants to have his mark on the budget and irrigation projects. But he should do that taking the concerned ministers along with him. More over Harish Rao and Eetala are experienced leaders in TRS and they should feel that they are left out.
