The Supreme Court has ordered the CBI and ED to provide complete details of the Jagan disproportionate assets cases.
The bench said that the details of the discharge petitions pending in the lower court should be provided. It has suggested that the details of the pending applications in the Telangana High Court should be provided. The details of the CBI and ED cases should be provided separately in the form of a chart.

The Apex Court has ordered that affidavits with all the details should be filed within two weeks.
AP Deputy Speaker Raghu Rama Krishna Raju had earlier filed a petition that the trial of Jagan disproportionate assets case is being delayed. He wanted the trial of the case to be transferred to another state. The bench of Justice Abhay S Oka took up the hearing on this.

During the arguments, the lawyers of both the parties brought to the court’s attention that the Telangana High Court has already ordered a daily trial. The bench questioned why the trial is being delayed for so many years.
The lawyers said that the reason is filing the discharge, adjournment petitions and trial in higher courts. The bench said that it will give appropriate orders if the details of the pending cases are provided.

The Supreme Court had ordered to give High Court orders, Trial Court, and pending cases details.
The next hearing was adjourned to the 13th of this month.
