Kiran Kumar Reddy once again wrote a letter to the President of India seeking 3 weeks extension for the discussion of Telangana Bill. In the letter, he stated that the people’s representatives from Telangana are not letting the house to function. He also requested the President to make it clear that if the bill is final or a draft. He requested the final bill to be placed for discussion.
This is the second instance KKR writing a letter to President seeking an extension. Last time one week extension was given.
