Kodali Nani Likely To Get Arrested Soon?

Former minister Kodali Nani has faced significant backlash from former ward volunteers who have accused him and other YSRCP leaders of harassment and coercion. Prior to the elections, many ward volunteers and YSRCP leaders resigned under pressure, a move initially thought to divert the polling process and influence voters.

However, this strategy was thwarted by opposition leaders, resulting in the Election Commission issuing orders to remove these volunteers from election duties and denying them pensions. This maneuver, intended to impact the opposition, ultimately backfired. The former volunteers, having suffered serious losses due to their resignations, have now filed complaints against Kodali Nani.

The Gudivada police have registered cases against Kodali Nani, his close associate Dukkipati Sasibhushan, and Gudivada town YSRCP president Gorla Srinu, along with two other YSRCP leaders. They have been charged under Sections 447 and 506 of the IPC, along with Section 34, which deals with acts done by several persons in furtherance of common intention.

This legal action highlights the ongoing tensions and repercussions stemming from the pre-election strategies employed by YSRCP leaders.
