Kodi Kathi Sreenu Writes Letter To CJI

The Kodi Kathi case is going on and on and on without a conclusion. The NIA had already concluded that there was no political or personal motive behind the attack on Jagan at Vizag airport.

Meanwhile, the accused in the case, Srinivas has been rotting in Jail for close to 5 years now. The AP government has been filing counters and arguments to keep him in jail.

Now, Srinivas has written a letter to the chief justice of India, where he pleaded for freedom from this case.

“I am languishing in jail for the last 1610 days. I don’t know how much longer they will keep me here. Please understand my concern and deliver justice” Srinivas wrote in the letter to the CJI.

The letter was written in Telugu and it will be translated into English by Srinivas’s lawyer and sent to the CJI.

Srinivas’s lawyer says the repeated court hearings mean that the former will rot in jail for more time. He vowed to move the case to the supreme court if there is no immediate action.
