Komatireddy Invites Chandrababu, Skips Pawan

Telangana Minister Komatireddy Venkat Reddy visited Andhra Pradesh on Friday. He met AP CM Chandrababu at his Undavalli residence to invite him for the Global Summit scheduled for December 8 and 9 in Future City, Hyderabad.

Before the visit, many expected Komatireddy to invite AP Deputy CM Pawan Kalyan as well. Komatireddy earlier opposed Pawan Kalyan over his coconut remarks and even said he would stop screening Pawan’s films in Telangana. This led to speculation over whether an invitation would be extended.

After the meeting, Komatireddy told the media that he invited Chandrababu and looked forward to seeing him in Hyderabad. He also stated that Hyderabad grew according to Chandrababu’s Vision 2020, acknowledging the former CM’s influence on the city.

When journalists raised the question about Pawan Kalyan, Komatireddy responded carefully. He said his past remarks were made in a different context and did not continue the discussion. Despite speculation, he did not invite Deputy CM Pawan Kalyan to the summit.
