Konda Family ends up in TRS!

Konda Surekha and Konda Murali finally joined Telangana Rashtra Samiti. Surekha resigned for his ministry and Konda Murali left his MLC post to join YS Jagan. In a closely contested bi-election, Surekha lost to TRS candidate by a slender margin. Jagan started ignoring them from then and differences slowly arose. The couple later joined Congress but came out of the party as Congress did not commit up on the seats demanded by them.

Konda family is negotiating with TRS MLA KTR since yesterday. In a sudden twist, Konda Murali met PCC President Ponnala Lakshmaiah today morning. When every one thought they will remain in Congress, the couple met KTR today and addressed a press confernce. They made it clear that they are joining TRS as they feel a vibrant Telangana is possible under the effective leadership of TRS President Chandra Sekhar Rao. Konda Surekha may be contesting from Warangal-East and her husband, Konda Murali may be given MLC.
