It has emerged that Greenko had diverted funds to BRS in the form of electoral bonds. The ACB has found that prior to E-Racing agreement Rs 41 crore was diverted to BRS through electoral bonds.

A tri-lateral agreement was reached in E-Racing issue and the race was held on October 25, 2022. Prior to this, in the same year, Greenko directed Rs 31 crore in April and Rs 10 crore in October to BRS.

The former urban development minister KTR has been summoned in the case by ACB on January 6. But KTR went back as his lawyer was not allowed to accompany him.

Now the ACB has given fresh orders stating that KTR must attend for questioning by ACB on January 9. While KTR seems to be buying time, the ACB is equally committed to understanding KTR’s role in the case.
