Former Minister K Taraka Ramarao attended the ACB Investigation today in connection with the Formula-E Payments Misappropriation case. The High Court allowed a Lawyer who can see what is happening inside but cannot hear or intervene in KTR’s questioning proceedings.
Meanwhile, the Supreme Court had refused to give an Urgent Hearing of KTR’s Quash Petition. The Court clarified that it would only hear the matter on the listed day i.e., January 15th.

That means the ACB is within its rights to arrest KTR if they wish after questioning him today.
Sources say that the Government will arrest him if they feel the Police have taken control of the entire state to prevent any unrest and violence.

BRS leaders are meeting to decide how to organize the protests and build a political narrative if their Working President is arrested.
As expected, Former Chief Minister K Chandrasekhara Rao is silent about the issue so far.
