BRS MLA Kotha Prabhakar Reddy stirred a controversy saying that many people are coming forward to give money, if necessary to topple the Congress government in the state.
BRS Working President KTR reiterated that saying it is true that many people are offering to donate money if necessary to topple this government.

But he made it clear that we do not want to topple the government.
Speaking to the media at Telangana Bhavan today, he said, “This government should be in power for five years. I sincerely want Revanth Reddy to continue as the CM. Only then, people will not come forward to vote for the Congress for another 20 years”.

So, what is the intention behind this statement of KTR?
Ahead of the Cabinet Expansion in Telangana, there is chaos in the Congress Party.

We have seen leaders resort to street fights to get a chance. Also, the Revanth Reddy Government is clearly on the back foot over the Kancha Gachibowli issue.
Revanth Reddy earlier took many sensational decisions like HYDRAA, Musi Rejuvenation, Allu Arjun’s Arrest, N-Convention demolition, etc.
But in all the previous issues, the Public opinion is divided, and there is support for Revanth from some sections.
But in the case of Kancha Gachibowli issues, the odds are clearly against Revanth’s Government.
In all probability, the Supreme Court is likely to rap the Government on its knuckles.
There are speculations already that the Congress High Command may change Revanth Reddy as the CM.
At this juncture, KTR seems to be trying to use the situation to his benefit.
By making the statements of toppling the Government, he is sending a feeler that there is a lot of resentment against Revanth Reddy and the Ground is favorable for the BRS.
He is also making a statement that Revanth Reddy has no support from his own party MLAs.
KTR is trying to use the uncertainty due to the Cabinet Expansion and the vulnerability of Revanth Reddy due to the Kancha Gachibowli issue to his benefit.
