KTR US Tour: Delight To Telangana, Agony To AP

Andhra Pradesh which used to be a destination for investments has gone backward ever since the government changed in 2019. We barely see any investors showing interest in Andhra Pradesh.

Telangana is making completing use of this lull period and is trying its level best to attract investments. After bagging many big investments, IT Minister K Taraka Ramarao had left for the United States to attract global firms for investments in the state.

His team will be touring cities, including Los Angeles, San Diego, San Jose, Boston, and New York, and will try to bring some big companies to Telangana.

“On my way to the United States for a work trip after 5 years. Lots of exciting meetings lined up on the west coast and east coast over the course of next week. Looking forward to some hectic activity & travel,” KTR tweeted.

For the next few days, we will see KTR aggressively tweeting about his US tour and his achievements. It will be a pain for the people of Andhra Pradesh to see how the state is struggling now when investments used to boom between 2014-19.

It is interesting to note that AP CM Jagan Mohan Reddy is yet to go to any country to pitch for investments even as he completes three years in power.
