Our readers are aware that the Union government had announced to develop 500 Atal Mission for Rejuvenation and Urban Transformation scheme (AMRUT) Cities. The center had allocated 31 AMRUT Cities to Andhra Pradesh and 15 to Telangana. The respective state government were asked to nominate the cities to be developed as per the allocations.
Note: We aren’t sure why as of now but the final lists have less than the allocations. AP’s list has 30 while Telangana’s list has 11. Here is the list of cities in both the Telugu States.
