Loan Waiver Makes A Comeback in Telangana?

Telangana Government had executed a One Lakh Per Family Loan Waiver in the state for the farmers after coming to Power. Even today, there is severe criticism over the way the state government executed the loan waiver.

On the other side, Telangana Congress had announced Two Lakhs Loan Waiver if voted to Power. We are told that the government has intelligence reports that the scheme may tempt farmers towards the Congress Party. TRS is contemplating the same scheme now.

KCR may announce the same scheme before the next elections. This time, he may promise to do Loan Waiver at one stretch. He may also announce a huge PRC for employees and may even cancel the Contributory PF Scheme they are fighting against.
