2024 is turning out to be a fruitful year for Nandamuri Balakrishna on the political front. First of all, his party, TDP, achieved a mammoth success in the AP General elections and formed the government in the state.
While Balakrishna won the MLA seat from the Hindupur constituency for a third consecutive term, his sons-in-law Nara Lokesh and Mathukumilli Bharat also secured humongous victories as MLA and MP respectively.
Coincidentally, Balayya’s sons-in-law took charge of their duties today and made the day special for the actor’s family.
Nara Lokesh, husband of Balayya’s elder daughter Brahmani, officially took charge as the Minister of Education, IT and Electronics, Human Resources Development and RTG earlier today at the secretariat.
He was one of the best-performing ministers in the country during TDP’s tenure in Andhra Pradesh from 2014 to 2019. He is expected to perform even better during this tenure.
On the other side, Bharat, who is the husband of Balayya’s younger daughter Tejaswini, took oath as an MP in Lok Sabha this morning.
Bharat took his oath in Telugu, respecting his mother tongue. He is representing the Visakhapatnam Lok Sabha constituency.
The beautiful coincidence of Lokesh and Bharat taking charge on the same day made today a memorable occasion for Balayya, his family, and his fans.
Big Day for Balakrishna
