
In a case of interim relief, the High Court told the CID that no action be taken on Mithun Reddy in liquor scam till April 3, 2025.
The next hearing of the case is after two days. The investigations have been going on in the liquor scam case for the few days and rumours were strong that Mithun Reddy would be arrested in the case.

The AP CID has accused Mithun Reddy for his involvement in the multi-crore liquor scam. But Mithun Reddy filed a petition for anticipatory bail in the case from Andhra Pradesh High Court.
The HC asked CID not to arrest him till April 3 when a final verdict on the case is expected. But the issue has become hot topic as TDP MP Lavu Krishnadevarayalu raised the issue in Parliament.

He spoke about it eloquently, attracting the attention of Union Home Minister Amit Shah. Amit Shah called him to his office in Parliament to ask the details regarding AP liquor scam, as we had reported earlier in the day.
Due to this, media and political circles are busy discussing the issue.
