Munugode Voting Percentage: New State Record

The polling for the prestigious Munugode By-election has concluded the other day. The verdict of the voters is sealed in the EVMs and will be out on November 6th.

All the exit polls are predicting a comfortable victory for TRS even though BJP gave a strong fight.

Meanwhile, the by-election registered a whopping 93.13% polling. This is the Highest ever polling for any election in the history of Telangana.

The previous highest is Madhira in the 2018 Assembly Election with 91.27% voting.

The highest so far in Munugode is 91.07% in the 2018 Assembly Election.

The high voter turnout indicates how crucial the election is and how the political parties have taken the election seriously and mobilized the voters.

Munugode By-election is also easily the costliest election and in such cases, the voters, normally, feel obligated to vote.
