Pawan Kalyan had earlier asked for a Rajya Sabha membership for his brother, but the TDP and BJP shared the three seats between them. Three RS seats fell vacant when Beeda Mastan Rao, Mopidevi Venkata RMana and R Krishnaiah ressigned from Rajya Sabha.
