Janasena PAC Chairman Nadendla Manohar responded on Pithapuram TDP Incharge SVSN Varma not getting an MLC Berth.
“Former Pithapuram MLA Varma is a senior leader. His issue is an internal matter of TDP. What is the need to check Varma? Pithapuram is Pawan Kalyan’s Add. He worked for Pawan Kalyan’s victory in Pithapuram and we respect him for that,” Nadendla Manohar said.

This statement of ‘TDP’s internal matter’ is not a good light.
Chandrababu Naidu gave 24 Assembly Seats and three MP seats for Janasena.

BJP exerted pressure on Pawan Kalyan and took away 3 Assembly Seats and one MP seat.
That one MP seat is Anakapalli Parliament from where Nagababu was supposed to contest.

When Nagababu sacrificed for the BJP, the responsibility of giving him the necessary respect lies on the Saffron Party.
They should have sent him to the Rajya Sabha from another state.
But again Chandrababu agreed to send him to Rajya Sabha. But again, the BJP High Command exerted Pressure on Pawan Kalyan and grabbed the seat for R Krishnaiah.
Chandrababu still took up the responsibility and agreed to induct Nagababu into the cabinet by making him an MLC.
Chandrababu did not tell that it is the internal affair of Janasena and Nagababu did not sacrifice his Anakapalli MP seat for TDP.
Meanwhile, SVSN Varma sacrificed his seat for Pawan Kalyan.
He gave up his ambition and worked for Pawan Kalyan’s Victory. The Janasenani himself acknowledged Varma’s role in his victory many times.
But when it comes to doing justice to Varma, Janasena says it is an internal matter of TDP.
In fact, Pawan Kalyan should have taken the responsibility of doing justice to Varma.
Such a move would have earned him a loyalist in Pithapuram who would take care of his electioneering every time.
Any shrewd politician would have prioritized Varma over Nagababu.
What is the harm if Nagababu waits for more time?
Snubbing Varma can prove to be counterproductive for Pawan Kalyan than anyone else.
Firstly, if Varma is upset and joins YSR Congress, his personal image and YSR Congress’ pull will be a big headache for Pawan Kalyan in the 2029 elections. Not all elections are wave elections like the 2024 election.
Celebrities do not find time for their constituencies. They often have a leader in there to take care of electioneering.
Chandrababu and Jagan barely visit their constituencies. Their men take care of everything.
Varma did that single-handedly in 2024.
Pawan Kalyan is a Minister now and it becomes even more difficult for him to concentrate on the constituency.
There may be Janasena leaders in the constituency and the district but they are not capable of handling it.
If Varma had been duly respected by making him an MLC, he would have become a Janasena loyalist and would have taken care of everything in Pawan Kalyan’s absence.
