Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu knows how to please the industrialists and investors better than any one. Pepsico CEO, Indira Noyi is in Andhra Pradesh for the inauguration of the new plant in Satyavedu. CM Chandrababu accompanied her to impress and bring more investments to the state.
Before the inauguration, he even made sure that she gets a very special darshan of Lord Venkateswara in Tirupati. Flattered by the special care and treatment by Naidu and his team, Indira Noyi heaped praises in media saying, “Wonderful Tirumala, Wonderful Chief Minister”.
This Pepsi plant is the biggest plant in the country for Pepsico with an investment of 1500 Crore. Fruit drinks, soft drinks and sports drinks are being made here and is expected to provide employment to 8000 people directly and indirectly. The company and its partners are planning to invest 33000 Crore in this plant by 2020.
