The next target is to regularize the remaining 1000 House Pattas that are in railway, endowment, and forest lands.

These lands are tough to regularize due to stringent laws and the involvement of the Central Agencies.

Lokesh distributed these Pattas to the families with his own hands.

Every beneficiary woman was given a saree, bangles, turmeric, and saffron, and her husband was given pants and a shirt.

3,000 families getting directly benefitted will also mean huge political mileage.

If we consider at least three votes in a family, it is 9,000 votes.

The program happened over five days beneficiaries were handed over the Pattas village-wise.

On the last day today, Lokesh also broke the ground for a 100-bed Government Hospital in Mangalagiri, a long-standing demand in the constituency. The target is to ready the hospital in a year.

Later, Lokesh also inaugurated the safe drinking water scheme set up by Divis at TIDCO Houses.

The first 4-lane road between Mangalagiri and Tenali in PPP mode will be built very soon.

A retaining wall along the Krishna River at a cost of Rs 300 crore will begin construction very soon in the Mahanadu Colony.

Lokesh also plans to take up underground drainage, gas, and electricity project work from June.

After losing in 2019, Lokesh won from Mangalagiri with a record majority of 91,413 votes in the 2024 elections.

Traditionally a weak seat for the TDP, Lokesh is keen on making Mangalagiri a stronghold for the TDP just like how Kuppam is for Chandrababu Naidu. And he is leaving no stone unturned.
