
Nara Lokesh spoke of something that showed the heights of narcissism that prevailed in Jagan Mohan Reddy’s time, while speaking in the Legislative Council.
The HRD Minister of Andhra Pradesh had a collection of various products given to school children as a kit during Jagan’s time as a part of the Jagan Vidya Kanuka.

Lokesh patiently showed the various items in the kit one after the other. He started off by showing the Oxford Telugu Dictionary which had a picture of Jagan’s manifesto on the back cover.
Then, Lokesh moved on to the belt, which said Jagan Vidya Kanuka. He said little wonder that Jagan does not show up in the Assembly.

Then he showed the chikki packet which also carried a picture of Jagan. Then there was the notebook and it is not hard to guess that the back cover had Jagan’s picture on it.
But Jaganism did not stop there pointed out Lokesh. He showed the House, an Inter first year botany textbook. Lokesh shared with angst that 9 sheets were filled with foreword by Jagan, by Lakshmi Parvathi, by principal secretary and letters by the writer and others. We stopped printing the 9 pages and we saved Rs 30 lakhs, by this single act, he shared.

Not stopping there, Lokesh showed the next item, the print YSR SP on eggs given to school children.
He said that his team had done exemplary tendering this time around and saved Rs 300 crore only in terms of school kits, which is 9.4% savings.
