Nara Lokesh Signs MoU with Microsoft for AI Training!

The Andhra Pradesh government has entered into a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with tech giant Microsoft for AI skill training among youth.

The objective is to provide training to 2 lakh youth through AI and advanced technology development. Towards this end, an MoU was signed between Microsoft and APSSD in the presence of IT Minister Lokesh. The main aim of this is to provide skilled professionals in IT and associated fields.

Microsoft will be training 2 lakh youth to get jobs in international markets. It will be training 500 teachers in 50 village schools. It will also train 10,000 students in cloud computing, 30,000 students from 30 ITIs in AI training in digital productivity.

Both CM Chandrababu and Lokesh have been underscoring the importance of training youth so they can work abroad. During his initial days as the CM, Chandrababu paved way for IT development that created scores of jobs and thereby elevated the living standards of people in urban and rural areas in Telugu states.

Now, with changing requirements and development of AI, Babu wants to take up the challenge head on and make the youth of AP survive in a world dominated by AI.
