Modi and Shah’s Shrewd Plan Behind One Nation One Poll?

The other day, we have a published a survey of ABP News and C Voter which predicts Congress Governments in Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, and Rajasthan if elections were to be today. The elections for these states are pending in November.

Amid these reports, Modi Government is mooting One Nation, One Poll yet again. They say the union government is planning to dissolve 12 State Assemblies and the elections will be held along with the General Elections.

The Tenure of the existing Governments in Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, and Rajasthan will be extended and will go to elections along with the Parliament. In such case, the defeat in these states will not affect the General Elections.

If at all BJP loses the Three States, it will work wonders with the confidence levels of the Congress Party. Obviously, it is definitely not something Modi and Shah will want to. The Political Dynamics will change drastically if this happens. So, this idea of One Nation, One Poll.
