Terror Links in Satya Sai District!

NIA officers arrest youth in Satya Sai

The National Investigation Agency (NIA) arrested a youth in Satya Sai district for suspected terror links. During a raid on his house, officials seized 16 SIM cards which are being examined for vital information.

NIA, which has been maintaining strict surveillance across the country, grew suspicious of Noor Mohammad from Kota Colony in Dharmapuram. Noor was working at a tea stall in the busy Dharmapuram market street, where his activities drew attention.

After closely monitoring him, officials raided Noor’s residence and confiscated the SIM cards. Along with this, NIA has started tracking his online presence and is closely examining his social media activity for more clues.

Investigations revealed that Noor had been in contact with Pakistan, engaging in conversations with terrorists based there. The Intelligence Bureau (IB) is currently questioning Noor to gather more information about his network.

This incident has alarmed the local community. It marks the second time in recent months that individuals with suspected terror connections have been found living as regular citizens. In July, NIA arrested two terrorists in Rayachoti, Annamayya district.
