When Rajasekhara Reddy was the Chief Minister, VANPIC took up the purchase of land in the name of Vadarevu-Nizampatnam Industrial Corridor (VANPIC). The ED had previously attached these 11,804 acres of land in the current CM Jagan’s illegal assets case.
VANPIC was among several companies whose assets were attached by the ED, alleging that they had obtained favors from the then AP CM YSR and invested in the businesses of Jagan Mohan Reddy in a quid-pro-quo.

VANPIC company went to Telangana High Court and orders were issued to release the lands.
