no funds for eamcet in telanganaWhile Telangana government was adamant in conducting EAMCET on its own, Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TSCHE) does not have the funds required to conduct the Test. Currently they do not have any funds of their own as the division of APSCHE is yet to take place. And currently TSCHE do not have power to draw money from APSCHE accounts.

TSCHE needs funds for printing of question papers and arrangements to be made in exam centres, including the payments to paper setters and invigilators. And it is estimated that the expense will go up to 5 Crore at least. TSCHE is expecting the state government to bail out by extending a loan, to be returned once the funds issue with APSCHE is settled.
