No Give and Take Business with Modi

Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister and TDP Supremo Chandrababu Naidu allotted one Rajya Sabha seat to BJP’s Suresh Prabhu despite the intense competition with the party and opposition in people. But BJP and Modi seem to be not generous in reciprocating for Naidu’s gesture. The AP CM is proposing had proposed senior TDP (TS) leader Motkupalli Narasimhulu’s name for a Govenror Post.

Central government had filled all the existing vacancies at various Raj Bhavans barring Tamil Nadu with BJP leaders. Reports are emerging that Tamil Nadu CM Jayalalithaa is in favour of continuing Rosaiah for another term. She reportedly already put a word about it to the BJP high command.

If that happens, there will be no vacancy left in any Raj Bhavan. The five-year term of UPA appointee and Senior Congress Leader Rosaiah ends on August 30th. Narasimhan, the Governor of Telugu States was also appointed by UPA government. Narasimhan was continued because he is very familiar to Telugu politics and the issues.
