No Josh in Gudivada and Gannavaram YSRCP!!

Former minister and MLA Kodali Nani’s impatience is growing day by day as they find themselves in a situation where they are unsure of their actions due to fear of defeat. Kodali Nani aimed to kick off the nomination process with a large gathering of supporters. Party leaders were summoned and instructed to mobilize the masses.

His rally commenced on Thursday from his residence in local Rajendranagar and proceeded smoothly until reaching Eluru road through narrow lanes. Alongside Nani, YSRCP Machilipatnam parliamentary candidate Simhadri Chandrasekhar, Zilla Parishad Chairperson Uppala Harika, and Pedana YSRCP candidate Uppala Ramu participated in the rally.

During the nomination of Gannavaram YSRCP MLA candidate Vallabhaneni Vamsimohan, there was widespread distribution of money, liquor, and biryani packets. However, despite these efforts, there was a noticeable lack of public enthusiasm during his nomination. The leadership issue plaguing the YSRCP at the village and mandal levels became apparent during the nomination process.

YSRCP leaders in the villages were giving Rs. 300 to Rs. 500 each to attendees. Those arriving on bikes were provided with a quarter bottle of liquor and a packet of biryani, along with petrol. Nonetheless, Vamsi displayed signs of impatience as the turnout was not as expected, evident from his remarks after the nomination.

The nomination ceremony took place on Thursday afternoon, with attendees enduring the scorching sun, causing discomfort and agitation among the forcibly assembled crowd. The majority of participants hailed from Penamalur Constituency. In Gannavaram Constituency, many leaders at the mandal and village levels have defected to the TDP, leaving the YSRCP grappling with a leadership vacuum, which was evident during Thursday’s nomination event.

Party members are criticizing Vamsi for failing to mobilize supporters despite offering monetary incentives. Additionally, a video surfaced showing Vamsi struggling in the heat, prompting netizens to recall his previous comments about Chandrababu’s age. In contrast, TDP candidates in these two segments filed nominations with large processions and rallies two days prior.
