Legendary NT Ramarao’s Centenary Celebrations in Poranki created a stir in Andhra Pradesh Politics. Superstar Rajinikanth was the Chief Guest for the event and delivered a sensational speech.
He remembered his bonding with NT Ramarao and also praised Chandrababu Naidu’s leadership completely. He even directly endorsed Chandrababu’s leadership saying that Andhra needs him to realize the vision 2040.
This has rubbed the establishment on the wrong side. Rajinikanth speaking about something and someone saying it is wrong happens very rarely. That is the value Rajinikanth carries and the popularity he has demands that respect.
But YSR Congress had unleashed a vicious campaign against Rajinikanth too just like on any one they do.
They have been circulating Rajinikanth’s images of 1995 and are alleging that he is a stooge of Chandrababu Naidu etc. The fact is that some one like Rajinikanth can not be a stooge to everyone considering the fact he is the highest paid actor and the cult he has across the common public and even political circles.
If YSR Congress believes it can convince the public saying that, they will be very mistaken.
Some of them are even threatening Rajinikanth to face consequences when his films release in Andhra Pradesh. If they attempt something of that sort, they will only shame themselves at National level.
Also they have to question themselves if they will be doing anything of that sort in the election year. Rajinikanth has come out of syllabus but there are sometimes it is better to be silent and let it go other than attacking it blindly.
