He said that AP Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu asked Union Minister of Road Transport and Highways Nitin Gadkari for a 230 feet road in Amaravati. To this, the Union Minister said that such a big road was not there in India. What’s the need when there are no people in Amaravati, he said.

Pemmasani then shared what Chandrababu told Gadkari. I don’t know if I will be alive to see it. But in 25 years, Amaravati will develop exponentially. Though I won’t be able to enjoy it, my people will enjoy it, Chandrababu is said to have told Gadkari.

The incident showcases the commitment and conviction of Chandrababu to see his people, the people of Andhra Pradesh, reap the benefits of Amaravati.
