
Going into the story, Nani, Parthasarathi and Radha had held a protest at Pundit Nehru Bus stand on 29 August 2015 demanding special status for Andhra Pradesh. This was a law and order issue then.

The special court for public representatives had ordered these individuals to appear in front of the court but they didn’t. So, judge Gayatri Devi passed a nonbailable warrant against the individuals effective immediately.
Nani, Radha, and Minister Parthasarathi had completely ignored the court order and didn’t attend the hearings, as a result of which they’re handed a non bailable warrant now. The next hearing has been postponed to the 25th of this month.
