
BRS working president KTR has been speaking tirelessly about KCR’s summons in Kaleshwaram lift irrigation project case. In that backdrop, he has shot various barbs at CM Revanth Reddy.
KTR has been consistently criticising Revanth Reddy government calling it 30% commission government. He also said that Revanth Reddy should take several births to understand the prominence of KCR.

Now, KTR has got summons from ACB (Anti Corruption Bureau) regarding the Formula e-racing case. The ACB directed that KTR must present himself at 10 am on Monday, June 16.
KTR was supposed to appear before ACB on May 28. ACB issued notices on May 26 asking KTR to appear on May 28. However, since KTR was touring UK and the US at the time, he had conveyed that he will attend the summons once he is back. So ACB issued fresh notices.

KTR has maintained that there was nothing to hide in the Formula e-racing case as everything was for all to see. He has said on various accounts that he has no qualms attending the summons.
For the unversed, KTR had attended the summons on January 8, 2025 and was grilled for 7 hours. He was called for inquiry on January 9. But KTR asked for time. Meanwhile, the ACB interrogated municipal secretary Arvind Kumar and HMDA ex chief engineer BLN Reddy.

The ACB has found that Rs 55 crore was laundered in the case. The ACB also questioned Greenco Ace Nextgen MD Chalamalasetti Anil Kumar. Three months have passed since the interrogations.
The ACB wanted to question KTR for the second time. Hence they summoned him on June 16.
