NRIs trust Aam Admi more than any one!

Non Resident Indians may be outside the country but as the blood of the nation runs in them, they always stay close to the developments in the country and hope for the positive change back home. And this time NRIs seem to be looking at Arvind Kejriwal led Aam Admi Party to bring about the change. This is evident from the donations received by the party. If we get to see the list of online donors of the party, one third of them are from overseas.

The party had received 30.43 Crore rupees after the Delhi Assembly elections and out of that, 9.24 crore from 12,821 NRIs. To be more specific, a lion’s share of more than Rs 3.35 crore came from the Indian community in the US. The highest donation so far came from Hong Kong NRI Ganesh Raman who donated 62 Lakh while another guy from Dubai, Sarveshwar Mathur donated Rs 25 lakh to the new political outfit.
