Janasena President Pawan Kalyan is continuing his demands and requests not to use the Land Acquisition Act on the reluctant farmers in the capital villages. He urged the government to exempt the lands in Undavalli, Penumala and Bethapudi and other river front villages from the land acquisition.

He said that the development of one area should not result in environmental pollution, displacement and disgruntlement of another area. He advised that the development should be with the least damage possible.
The matter of worry is that Pawan Kalyan is insisting on the exemption with out providing solution for the problem. Already more than 30000 acres were collected in land pooling and the development of the capital can not stop for the 2200 acres which are not pooled. On the other side, the state government is planning to give the notification for land acquisition on 20th of this month.
