Pawan Kalyan Must Be Prepared For That ‘Attack’

Politics and cinema are two independent streams that are to be operating on their own without any interlinks. However, in the Telugu states, the two of them appear to be coming together ever so often.

Recently, it was the case of a Telugu film that was extensively targeted by the social media groups associated with YSR Congress. They extensively targeted the film and spread boycott slogans just before the release.

At the end of the day, the film mainly failed due to its poor content. But these YCP groups claimed complete credit for it and set their social media mart is the reason why the film flopped.

In this context, it must be noted that Pawan Kalyan must also be prepared for something like this in the due course.

Considering the obvious rivalry between Kalyan and YSR, Congress, one can only expect the Jagan party to go all out with their negative attack on the upcoming films of the deputy CM.

Realistically speaking, no social media group can eventually save a film or kill a film at the box office. It is only the merit and demerit of the film that will decide its fate and the subsequent reception from the audience.

To prove this right, one might see the case of Yatra 2. If YCP social media wing is so strong, then why couldn’t they save the film?

Now coming back to the topic, these unnecessarily aggressive negative campaigns against certain films is going to be relevant in the days to come as well. We can expect the YSR Congress social media groups to spread extreme negativity on upcoming films of Kalyan.

This is something that these films have to contend with. However, the essential point to be noted here is that such negative trends will have very little effect if the film is actually coming with the right kind of material.

This must be the primary focus for Kalyan’s fandom as well. The negative attack from YCP groups will account for nothing if the film is good enough.

It can be noted that Kalyan has OG and Hari Hara Veera Mallu, which are likely to release by the end of this year.
