Why Pawan Kalyan Is Sounding Like Chandrababu?

Janasena President Pawan Kalyan was finally forced to respond on the Special Status issue the other day. However, he went on to brush the issue under the carpet saying that he will wait for the Center to give a concrete answer regarding that. “Let our MPs, MLAs, Government and Opposition do whatever they can. Let’s see how far they will take it,” Pawan Kalyan said.

“I do not want to talk on the issue with rage. I want a solution. I have some thoughts about that and is looking towards how to take it forward,” Pawan Kalyan said. The Janasena President’s stance more or less gives you the feel that he is trying to sound like Chandrababu Naidu. Chandrababu Naidu is in a catch 22 situation where he can not fight with the center and make things more difficult to the state.

Even though Naidu is sure that things are not happening, he is trying to buy time with a wait and see policy, at the same time saying that he will not compromise on Special Statu. Pawan Kalyan’s stance looks very similar but then what compulsions Pawan Kalyan has to take such stance? He has nothing to lose in fighting with BJP. In fact, that will only help his image politically.
