Pawan Kalyan To Contest From This Constituency In 2024

Janasena President Pawan Kalyan has contested from two seats (Gajuwaka and Bhimavaram) and lost from both the seats. Janasena’s condition in both the constituency deteriorated after the elections and surveys say Pawan Kalyan contesting again from these seats will be a risk.

Buzz is that Pawan Kalyan may contest from Single seat this time. He is looking at Kakinada Rural constituency in 2024 elections.

Minister Kurasala Kannababu is representing this constituency. Kannababu is with Prajya Rajyam Party previously and Pawan Kalyan had targeted him previously in a couple of occasions.

Janasena incharge in this constituency, Pantham Nanaji is working hard in here. Also, there is a good presence of Kapu community here.

Janasena believes that it has good chance to win here. If Janasena allies with TDP and the constituency will be of the party’s irrespective of the candidate.

In 2019, Pantham Nanaji came third here with Kurasala Kannababu winning his nearest rival from TDP with a majority of 8,789 votes. Kannababu previously won from this constituency on PRP Ticket.
