Person Nabbed With A Bomb In Chandrababu’s Meeting

Former Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu is touring his Kuppam constituency today. Chandrababu was addressing a Public meeting in Kuppam and a person is shouting slogans against Chandrababu and TDP. Chandrababu promised to meet him after the meeting.

But then, TDP cadres claimed to have found a bomb with him and handed him to the police. While the cadre is losing its cool, Chandrababu asked them not to do anything and urged them to hand him over to the police. Another person tried to go near Chandrababu with sticks and stones.

Police have taken him into custody. A statement has been released by TDP regarding this issue. “YSRCP Goondas are becoming nervous if Chandrababu is coming. They are trying to infuse rowdies into the TDP cadre and create arson. This is an attempt to ensure Chandrababu do not reach out to the public,” TDP said on its Twitter account.

A person arriving at a meeting of a Z Category VIP with a bomb is a serious breach of security. AP Police should take a serious view of this incident.
