The Phone Tapping controversy is becoming bigger as people of Andhra Pradesh are fuming over Telangana government trying to corner their Chief Minister. FIRs are being filed on Telangana Chief Minister in various parts of Andhra Pradesh regarding the illegal tapping of the Chief Minister’s phones.

An FIR was filed at the Vizag 3-town police station on the complaint of a Mr N V V Prasad following which an FIR was filed on KCR under IPC Section 464 (Making a false document), Section 471 (Using as genuine, a forged document oe electronic record), Section 166 (Public servant disobeying law) and Section 120(b) (Criminal conspiracy).
On the other side, TDP MLA, Bonda Uma filed a case on KCR in Vijayawada for tapping of AP Chief Minister and other TDP Leader’s phones. Bonda Uma alleged that he had noticed several times that he and other MLAs were getting cross connections when they were in Hyderabad and,always have the doubt that their phones were being tapped.
