Legendary cricketer MS Dhoni was recently announced to be the new the CEO of the Gulf Oil of India. The versatile man took up this challenge for only a day and pleasantly surprised his employees as he took up the job as their CEO.

This decision to make the famous cricketer the CEO of Gulf Oil was kept a secret between Dhoni and the company and apparently, both the parties wanted to do this for quite a while now. A source close to Dhoni revealed that he headed the company’s Mumbai headquarters and took up full responsibility.

Apparently, he wanted to understand the workings of the business world and took part in the meetings and made important decisions for the company as well. He was earlier made the brand ambassador of the company and now even spent time as the CEO. Truly, a long way for the once upon a time Ticket Collector!
